Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reason8 platform operated by Reasonate Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Reason8 is an AI-powered qualitative research platform that conducts consumer interviews and transforms them into actionable insights. Your use is subject to your chosen subscription plan's credit allowance and feature scope.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content. You will not attempt to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer our AI systems, or use the service to train competing AI models.

5. Pricing, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before expiration.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you submit (interview inputs, briefs). We retain rights to the platform software, AI orchestration, and reports' structural templates. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for internal business use.

7. No training on customer content

Reason8 does not use your inputs or generated outputs to train foundation AI models. Third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are contractually bound to the same per their enterprise agreements.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for evaluating them critically before acting on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of Reasonate Sp. z o.o.
